The 10 Day Plant-Based Challenge meal plan was designed to be really easy and accessible! The only equipment you need to make the recipes is a frying pan or equivalent, and a blender or food processor. Whether you've got a vitamix, thermomix, nutribullet or otherwise, they should all do the trick! The recipes involve some simple blending and processing.
