Regardless of whether you're paleo, vegan, pescatarian or qualitarian we can all agree that vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, superfoods, and herbs make up the majority of these diets and this is where most people struggle to have confidence in the kitchen. Our aim is to help you, and the world, eat more vegetables, and fewer foods that are detrimental to our health. 

We understand that when it comes to diet, we all have our own values, beliefs, and personal health reasons that guide our choices. As such, we wanted this program to be inclusive for everyone without promoting unsustainable or unethical choices. We have a vegan meal plan available, and for those choosing to consume animal products, we encourage the purchase of products that are locally sourced, sustainably harvested, and organic where possible.
