The program was carefully designed by our Dieticians to be gluten-free, highly nutritious, with a great balance of alkalising greens, proteins and healthy fats. The meal plan includes a small amount of wild-caught fish, organic free-range chicken, and eggs. However, there is also a vegan/vegetarian meal plan if you prefer. 

While the meal plan, recipes and shopping list are the main attraction of this program, we've taken a holistic approach to transforming your health with a focus on movement and mindset as well. Within the program you'll find daily guided meditations and gentle movement classes!
